To use Pakistan Panels, you must register an account with valid information including your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, provide fake information, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Pakistan Panels accepts payments via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer (local Pakistani banks). All payments must be made in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise specified. We do not store any payment details on our servers. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. In case of payment failure or incorrect amount, please contact our support team within 24 hours. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. We offer free trial credits for new users to test our services before making a deposit.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed and delivered. However, if an order has not started within 72 hours (except for services with longer processing times), you may request a refund to your panel balance. Refunds are issued as account credits, not cash. Cancellations are only possible if the order status is "Pending" and has not been processed. For non-drop services, we offer a free refill if followers/views drop within 30 days of delivery. To request a refill, open a support ticket with your order ID.
Our API is available for registered resellers who want to integrate Pakistan Panels services into their own platforms. You may not misuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the API. Rate limits apply: maximum 120 requests per minute per API key. We reserve the right to suspend API access if terms are violated. Resellers are responsible for their customers' actions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We do not guarantee that your account will go viral or achieve specific engagement metrics.
